I founded Coates Insurance Group with a simple belief: the insurance industry can and should do better. Better for the families we protect, and better for the people we bring onto our team. Along the way, I've been recognized as a top agent for families served and policies issued, and have earned six compensation and leadership level promotions.
Our Philosophy
When we sit down (virtually or in person) with a family, our goal isn't just to sell a policy. It's to understand what keeps them up at night. Whether it's ensuring the mortgage is paid if tragedy strikes, or making sure final expenses don't become a burden on their children, the focus is always on solving the problem simply and affordably.
There is zero pressure in our process. We look at the options, we look at the budget, and we make a decision together. If we can't help you, we'll tell you.
